Learnmore Jonasi Advances to Semifinals of America’s Got Talent

Learnmore Jonasi, a 31-year-old stand-up comic from Zimbabwe, advanced to the semifinals of America’s Got Talent on Wednesday, earning high praise from judge Howie Mandel, who backed him to become the first comedian to win the competition.

Jonasi was the last of three acts to secure a spot in the semifinals during a one-hour results episode, following aerialist Kelsey Jane and teenage singer Reid Wilson. The excitement in the studio was palpable as host Terry Crews, who had previously pressed his Golden Buzzer for Jonasi, announced the results.

Overcome with emotion, Learnmore exclaimed, “I cannot believe it. What? What?” His reaction reflected the disbelief and joy of making it through to the next round of the competition.

Crews had recognized Jonasi’s talent early in the season, propelling him straight to the live shows with his Golden Buzzer performance. As the competition heats up, Jonasi’s unique comedic style and captivating stage presence have made him a fan favorite.

With Mandel’s support and a growing fanbase, Learnmore Jonasi is poised to make history as he continues his journey in America’s Got Talent.
